Results Based Training is a small group personal training facility in Altrincham. We coach busy adults who want to feel strong, capable and confident — for the next 30 years and beyond.

How RBT Works

Coached. In Small Groups. Three Times A Week.

Every member starts with a 1-to-1 induction. We run an InBody scan, screen how you move, talk through any niggles and shape a nutrition plan around your goals. Only then do you join the floor.

From there, you book your three weekly sessions on the app, walk through the door, and a coach takes it from there. Small groups of up to nine. 60 minutes per session. Strength, fitness, mobility — programmed properly, coached every minute.

No random workouts. No standing around. No injuries. Just smart, structured training that gets you stronger, fitter and moving better — for life.
