Every member begins with a 1-to-1 induction at the gym, then joins the small group sessions. Book through the app, walk through the door — we'll handle the programming, coaching and energy. You just show up.

Start Your 4-Week Trial With A 1-To-1 Induction

Almost every member starts with our 4-week trial program. Before you join the group, you'll spend a 1-to-1 session at the gym with a coach. We use this to make sure your first month is set up for success.

Inside your induction:

  • InBody scan — body composition, muscle mass, body fat % and key health metrics.
  • Movement analysis — we screen how you move so we can train you safely from day one.
  • Niggles & injuries chat — anything we need to work around or work on.
  • Nutrition guidance — simple habits aligned to your goals.

Book Sessions On The App & Train 3× A Week

Once your induction is done, you'll book sessions straight through the app and join the small group sessions. Walk through the door — no matter how you feel — and we'll coach you through 60 minutes that leave you feeling fantastic.

At the end of your trial, we re-test on the InBody, review how you're moving and feeling, and map out what's next. Strength, body composition, energy, mood — we measure what matters so you always know it's working.
