How long is the call?

Definitely not. Most of our members started exactly where you are. We meet you where you are and build from there.
I have a niggling injury. Can I still join?
Usually yes. We work with most common issues (knees, backs, shoulders) and adapt programming accordingly. We'll talk it through on the call.
